These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between jor9 and its users.
1.1 — General Overview

2.1 — Account Creation Requirements
Each user may create one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited. The following information must be provided accurately and completely at registration:

- Correct date of birth
- Valid and active email address (where applicable)
If false or incomplete information is provided, jor9 reserves the right to close the account, and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
2.2 — Password & Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.

2.3 — Account Closure & Suspension
jor9 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abuse of the bonus system
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements

3.1 — Deposit Conditions
The minimum amount to deposit on jor9 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service from the Postal Department
- Rocket — Mobile payment service from Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Upay — Service from United Commercial Bank
- Bank Transfer — Major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.
3.2 — Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
A verification process may need to be completed before withdrawals. If documents are requested to confirm your identity, they must be submitted within the specified time. Failure to provide documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal.
3.3 — Anti-Fraud Policy
If jor9 detects any suspicious transaction or fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to hold the relevant account's funds until an investigation is completed. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment will result in the immediate closure of the account and the outstanding amount will be recovered through legal means.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at jor9, you can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
- ৳14,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳22,000
The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is available once per new account.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).
Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Wagering is calculated based only on bets placed with bonus funds.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting to abuse bonus benefits will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited and the account being permanently closed.

5.1 — Fair Play Policy
All games on jor9 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The games available on the platform are powered by software from recognised providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and NetEnt).
There is no human intervention in determining game outcomes — everything is controlled by automated systems. If a game fails due to a technical error, the wagered amount for that game will be refunded.
5.2 — Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the last confirmed state of the session as recorded in the system will generally apply. jor9's server records are considered final.

5.3 — Prohibited Behaviour
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on jor9:

- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour
- Using the platform for money laundering

Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. Regular gaming activity is required to reach higher tiers.
6.2 — Tier Change Policy
jor9 takes your overall activity and engagement on the platform into account when determining your VIP tier. Tier upgrades happen through an automatic process. Inactivity over certain periods may result in a tier change.
jor9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program's terms, cashback rates, or tier benefits at any time.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in effect. jor9's failure to exercise its rights in relation to any one condition does not mean those rights have been waived.
